It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jaya9j Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jaya9j does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

1.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jaya9j services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

1.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with jaya9j. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jaya9j reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or bonus funds held within them.

1.5 Account Verification (KYC)

jaya9j may at any time request that you complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the restriction or closure of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jaya9j currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jaya9j does not impose conversion fees for BDT transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at jaya9j's discretion without prior notice. Verified accounts with a positive transaction history may be eligible for enhanced limits at jaya9j's sole discretion.

2.3 Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts registered to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent closure of your jaya9j account.

2.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jaya9j in good faith and in the order in which they are received. The majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. jaya9j is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

2.5 Wagering Before Withdrawal

Funds deposited into your account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent the use of jaya9j's payment infrastructure as a money transfer or currency conversion service. Any attempt to deposit and immediately withdraw without genuine gaming activity will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jaya9j are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the promotion. By opting into any promotion, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific conditions attached to that offer.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Where a wagering requirement applies, both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit amount must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money wagers at eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jaya9j reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its discretion. 3.4 Abuse and Misuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, jaya9j reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the relevant accounts without prior notice.

3.5 Promotional Calendar

jaya9j publishes seasonal and event-driven promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season offers, IPL tournament bonuses, Eid cashback promotions, Pohela Boishakh special events, and Victory Day free-bet campaigns. All such promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. jaya9j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without liability.

4. Player Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya9j Platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• 1 Cheating and Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker variants or sharing game outcomes across accounts.
• 2 Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual gameplay.
• 3 Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against deposits made to your jaya9j account. All such disputes will be vigorously contested and may result in legal proceedings.
• 4 Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds of any origin. jaya9j complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• 5 Impersonation: Attempting to access another player's account, or impersonating any other individual or entity in dealings with jaya9j's support team.
• 6 Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors to gain an advantage not intended by the Platform's normal operation.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. jaya9j will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact jaya9j support immediately at [email protected]. jaya9j is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.

5. Games & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets placed on jaya9j are subject to acceptance at the Platform's discretion. jaya9j reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time prior to settlement without giving a reason. Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket fixtures, or the BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a dispute over the official result, jaya9j's decision shall be final.

5.3 Obvious Errors in Odds

In the event that odds or game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake, jaya9j reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and confirmed. A material pricing error is defined as any odds that deviate significantly from the prevailing market price for that event at the time of placement.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket fixtures and other sporting events. Live odds move in real time and are subject to automatic suspension during critical moments of play (for example, during a ball delivery in cricket). jaya9j accepts no liability for bets submitted during a period of odds suspension that are subsequently rejected by the system.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

This includes losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, loss of anticipated winnings, or losses arising from interrupted connectivity.

7.3 Third-Party Services

The jaya9j Platform incorporates games, live streaming, and payment services provided by third parties. jaya9j is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party service providers. Any disputes relating to specific game outcomes delivered by a third-party provider should be directed to jaya9j support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

8.1 Changes to These Terms

jaya9j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email or mobile number. 8.2 Entire Agreement
